Valentina Capital is a Swiss Family Office, managed from Mayfair, London
by Valentina Capital Management with a mandate for value creation originally within
global food supply chain optimisation, and now also CARICOM development.
The objective is successful long term investing where business models
and growth dynamics support those goals. Our team is comprised of capable,
financial and commercial operators with the necessary skills and experience
to support the business plans of our investee companies.
We use both internal and external capital to achieve our investment goals
and employ research based and data driven strategies for capital appreciation.

OUR APPROACH
INVESTMENT THESIS
An Investment Thesis is built through industry research and analysis led by an industry operating executive with a successful record of leadership in creating significant shareholder value. Our approach allows us to create flexible buy-out solutions by listening to both incumbent management and ownership, then working to structure deals that mutually align all interests.
PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT
Pipelines are developed by quantitative and qualitative analysis of shortlisted industry targets. Having satisfied criterion within the original Investment Thesis, all targets are then subject to correlation, synergy and portfolio impact analysis of financial and operational information by our investment team supported by our in-house industry experts.
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
Acquisitions are executed in collaboration with the portfolio company. Post acquisition guidelines and targets are implemented and reported on by management, who are allowed to operate with relative autonomy. We work to strengthen executive leadership in portfolio companies and provide assistance by investment with financial management services.
FUTURE PROOFING
Industry continues to be affected by the pace of technological change, systems digitisation and production automation, We are keen to help our portfolio companies better position themselves for the future by supporting both the development and implementation of forward looking projects which enhance their market position and share by Future Proofing.
